◎简　　介

              法国的边境警察何塞得到一次升职的机会，只要完成最后一次作为边境警察的任务回来就可以调换部门。在和搭档盖押解一名叫卡拉州的犯人，将他驱逐出境回喀布尔的航班上，遇到气流迫降在马耳他。在马耳他阳光沙滩和美女赏心悦目的吸引下，何塞和盖放松了警惕，卡拉州趁机逃跑。几经周折，何塞在公海的一条船上抓住了卡拉州。不料因为遗失了证件，何塞和卡拉州双双被海上巡警扣留在兰佩杜萨。

　　一起关押的人群中，有人认出了何塞的警察身份引起慌乱，卡拉州借机顶替何塞的身份被护送回法国，何塞只好将计就计称自己是被遣送的犯人。在旅途中，何塞得知卡拉州其实叫阿基姆，来自阿尔及利亚，因为拿了别人的证件而被冤枉。正当何塞企图制造机会让阿基姆逃跑时，他却立即被不远处的巡警扣押。
